This February weekend the temperature was below freezing. Aman would make sure all the fireplaces were running in the evening along with dimmed warm lanterns, and those nights with my family were the coziest recollection I have of that place. The best getaway.
Random fact: the canyons are covered with sea shells because apparently there was an OCEAN in the middle of North America 90 mln years ago.
